Student, Educator or Government Official?

I’m a student, educator or government employee.
Are you an educator looking to share your sustainability-related expertise more widely?  SASBC can connect you with those opportunities.

Are you a college student preparing for a “green” job?  SASBC can connect you with mentor professionals and classes to help you reach your goals. 

Are you in government?  SASBC wants to help you understand why sustainable land use and building are so important for our local economy.   We believe that our small towns and communities can benefit greatly from improving efficiency and performance through the built environment, both in the public and private sectors.

Are you a code official?  SASBC offers links to projects in our service area. Another county may already be working with alternative materials or methods, or a “green” or sustainable building project that is being certified to Energy Star, NC HealthyBuilt, EarthCraft, LEED,
